1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using hermosaluxeclean.com (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions of Hermosa Operations Group, LLC DBA Hermosa Luxury Cleaning ("Hermosa," "we," "us," or "our"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. Acceptance of these Terms does not constitute consent to marketing or SMS communications.

2. Purpose of the Site

This Site provides general information about Hermosa's residential, commercial, and real estate/Airbnb cleaning services, including service descriptions and pricing estimates. Information on the Site is for general reference only. Any actual cleaning service is governed exclusively by the signed Client Service Agreement executed between you and Hermosa Operations Group, LLC, which controls in the event of any conflict with information on this Site.

3. Pricing and Estimates

Any pricing, rate cards, or pricing calculator results displayed on the Site are estimates only and are subject to change based on a property walkthrough, scope of work, and final agreement. Final pricing is set forth in your signed Client Service Agreement.

4. Booking and Scheduling

Appointment requests submitted through the Site or our online scheduling system are requests only and are not confirmed until Hermosa confirms the appointment directly with you. Website booking information is preliminary and does not replace the signed Client Service Agreement governing actual cleaning services. We do not process payments or deposits through the Site.

Email and SMS Communications

We may send non-marketing emails about your inquiry, requested quote, appointment, or service. Marketing emails require separate express consent; use the unsubscribe link or contact us to opt out. Necessary non-marketing emails may continue.

When you expressly opt in to receive SMS communications from Hermosa Luxury Cleaning, we may send transactional and customer-care text messages related to your inquiry or requested services. These messages may include responses to inquiries, requested quote follow-ups, appointment coordination, appointment confirmations and reminders, scheduling or rescheduling updates, and other service-related communications.

SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase, requesting a quote, booking a service, or submitting a form. Providing a phone number or accepting these Terms does not by itself constitute consent to receive SMS messages. Promotional or marketing text messages require separate consent and are not included in this transactional SMS program.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe from text messages; a final confirmation message may be sent. Reply HELP for assistance or contact [email protected] or 725-337-3112. Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including the Hermosa name, logo, brand assets, photographs, text, and design, is the property of Hermosa Operations Group, LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our prior written permission.

6. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and agree not to misuse the Site, including attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, or extracting content or data by automated means.

7. Testimonials and Submitted Content

If you submit a review, testimonial, or other content to us (by email, form, or social media), you grant Hermosa permission to use that content, in whole or in part, for marketing purposes, including on the Site and social media, unless you tell us otherwise.

8. Third-Party Links

The Site may link to third-party sites, including our Facebook and Instagram pages. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of third-party sites.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hermosa Operations Group, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. This limitation applies to Site use only; liability related to actual cleaning services is governed by your signed Client Service Agreement.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from use of the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
