Hermosa Operations Group, LLC DBA Hermosa Luxury Cleaning ("Hermosa," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy applies to the Site only; the separate Client Service Agreement you sign when booking service governs how we handle information collected in connection with performing cleaning services.

• Information you provide directly: your name, email address, phone number, service address, and any details you include when you submit a contact form, request a quote, or book or request an appointment through our website, forms, or online scheduling system.
• Information collected automatically: when you browse the Site, we (through Google Analytics) automatically collect information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, and time spent on the Site, using cookies and similar tracking technologies.

We use the information we collect to:

• Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments
