For more than fifteen years, I worked in title and escrow here in Las Vegas, guiding buyers, sellers, and agents through some of the most important moments of their lives. It was work built on precision. One missed detail could delay a closing, so I learned to review everything carefully and to communicate clearly at every step.

Those years gave me a front-row view of homes at their most meaningful moments: the day one family hands over the keys and the day another receives them. Time and again, I saw how much the condition of a property matters to the sellers preparing it, the agents representing it, and the buyers walking in for the first time. A clean, cared-for space does more than look good. It feels like home.

I also saw a gap. Las Vegas has no shortage of cleaning companies, but finding one that delivers consistent, detail-driven work, arrives when promised, and communicates professionally is harder than it should be. I knew the standard I expected, and I knew homeowners, realtors, and business owners across the valley expected it too.

So I made a change. I stepped away from a career I am proud of to build something of my own: a company that brings the same precision, accountability, and care I practiced in escrow to every home and business we serve.

Hermosa means beautiful. To me, it describes how a space should feel when we leave it, and how our clients should feel when they walk back in.

Hermosa is also about legacy. I am building this company for my family and for the city I call home.
